2. Services Provided

Pressure Washing Hendon offers a range of pressure washing services including, but not limited to:

Residential exterior cleaning
Commercial property maintenance
Driveway and pathway cleaning
Graffiti removal
Deck and patio restoration

All services are performed using industry-standard equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning agents.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Ensure the area is free from obstacles that may hinder the service.
Inform the Service Provider of any specific concerns or areas requiring special attention.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as follows:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the service.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Cancellation Policy

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a service, the following applies:

Notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Liability and Insurance

Pressure Washing Hendon is fully insured to cover any accidental damage that may occur during service delivery. However, the Service Provider is not liable for:

Pre-existing damages or issues.
Damage caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control.

Client Obligations

Clients must ensure that delicate or fragile items are removed from the service area to prevent damage.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before seeking legal remedies. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with the laws governing Hendon.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hendon. Any legal actions arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hendon's courts.

9. Amendments

Pressure Washing Hendon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are effective as of the date the client engages the Service Provider's services.
